What kind of pets do you embroider?

I embroider all kinds of pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and more.

Do you make human portraits?

No, I currently only embroider pets.

How many pets can be included?

Can I request names or flowers?

Yes, for hoops only.

Please include your requests in your email.

Can I choose colors?

Yes.

For hoops and keychains, you may request a fabric color by email.

If no preference is given, I will choose a color that matches your pet’s fur tones.

What photos work best?

For the best embroidery result:

You can send as many photos as you like, but 3 or more is recommended.

What happens if my photos are not suitable?

If the photos are not suitable, I will contact you to request better ones.

How long does it take?

Shipping time is not included.

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes, depending on availability.

Orders are shipped from Luxembourg City.

Shipping within Luxembourg usually takes 1–2 business days.

Will my embroidery look exactly like the photo?

Each piece is handmade and unique, so small variations are natural.

Even two embroideries of the same pet will never be completely identical.

Do you send sketches or progress photos?

No sketches or progress updates are provided.

Sometimes I share small previews on Instagram stories.

What materials do you use?

How should I clean my embroidery?

Please wash gently by hand using mild soap and let it air dry.

Do not use a washing machine.

Can I request changes or returns?

Due to the handmade nature of the work, changes and returns are not accepted.
